Please encourage them to talk to their friends or their social support networks. Don't put added pressure on them by forcing them to do well in their exams. Celebrate even small victories. This will help them to redefine the definition of success.
    • Do not just talk about exams - Ignorance is bliss when such a situation comes in front of you. Have conversations that make your kid your friend. Talk stupid things, discuss movies, gossip. Avoid talking about what you expect from him. Make them happy about existing in your life.
    • Systematic Revision Schedule - Create a study group or work with the kids to identify the most appropriate times for your kid to revise. Create a realistic exam timetable for them. The timetable should have the necessary breaks. Observe the kid if they are following the schedule and provide perks accordingly.
